An ultra-exclusive luxury suite regarded as the most prestigious destination in sport
The Diamond Club is considered one of the finest places in the country to watch football whilst simultaneously enjoying the very best food and hospitality. In 2014, we were brought in to refurbish the catering facilities within this exclusive private members club as part of its ongoing improvement plan.
Working closely with club executives, the facilities management team and Chef Director, Raymond Blanc, our brief was to create a kitchen capable of servicing the menus for the club’s various functions. As well as providing a plethora of highly specified equipment, our brief included a large amount of bespoke fabrication to form work stations within the kitchen itself and to create a stunning U-shaped pass.
The kitchen regularly produces a bespoke, complimentary, five-course à la carte menu for up to 100 guests every matchday, but The Diamond Club restaurant is also used as a boardroom facility and for numerous functions and receptions.
The menu is made up primarily of locally sourced ingredients with emphasis on provenance, seasonality and purity while at least half of the dishes are health focused. Also, because the club places so much emphasis on responsible waste management, in 2018 The Diamond Club became the first sports stadium restaurant to be awarded three stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association
