CORPORATE CATERING

Corporate hospitality is huge business in the spectator sport business. From corporate banqueting suites to directors lounges and private catering in executive boxes, sports dining goes way beyond the humble half time burger. But these kinds of projects are not without challenges! We were privileged to work with chef Raymond Blanc in reshaping the Emirates Stadium’s prestigious Diamond Club kitchen. This presented particular planning and design challenges to ensure that Michelin-quality food can be served, in quantity, and to a strict, unmovable schedule.

Over the years, we’ve helped many brilliant golf clubs enhance their catering capabilities to enable them to provide a wonderful environment for members and guests to relax and celebrate.
